BIG HITS EARN BIG WIN FOR THE OAKS

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. -- The Conejo Oaks (9-8, 6-6) continue to improve their season this week with a 12-4 victory over non-league opponent, the East LA Dodgers.

The Oaks had a big fifth inning with five hits, three of which were for extra bases. Giving the Oaks a six run lead. The next inning was just as productive for the Oaks. A lead off, solo home run by first baseman, Sean McIntyre was a great start to the frame. Later, a two RBI triple by left fielder Kyle Jones who later scored a run himself, was the final run of the game. That was all the Oaks needed to seal the win over the East LA Dodgers.

The Oaks will continue non-league play against the same team, Friday, June 26th. First pitch is 5:00pm at Sparky Anderson Field.
