OAKS FALL SHORT OF SERIES SWEEP

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – The Conejo Oaks came up short in the final game of the weekend league series against the San Luis Obispo Rattlers. The Oaks were trailing 2-0 in the top of the eighth inning when left fielder Jacob Fiss hit a single to left field to score Kyle Jones. This would be the only run of the night for the Oaks who were defeated 4-1 by the Rattlers. Fiss finished 2-3 with one RBI and Jones went 2-4 with one run scored on the evening.

The next game for the Oaks will be Wednesday, June 24^th at 5:00pm at Sparky Anderson field as they take on the Santa Maria Pilots.
